The Weather Map Library provides support for
ingesting, updating and utilizing the four-dimensional wind and
temperature information in ATC applications. It includes, for
example, functions to interpolate the wind vector at any
four-dimensional point, or to recalculate a wind grid from one set
of nodes to another.
